Free Engraving Service – Terms & Conditions

  • Mondaine Watches: Engraving is available on the side opposite the button (maximum 3 initials) or on the back of the watch (maximum 6 letters).
  • Additional Engraving: Any engraving beyond the free limit or engraving on discounted items, will incur the regular engraving cost.
  • Font Options: Engraving fonts are limited to those available in our catalog.
  • Logos & Special Symbols: Custom logos and symbols can be reviewed and priced based on your specific requirements.
  • Caran d’Ache Pens: Engraving is done only in the designated engraving area to preserve the quality of the material and craftsmanship. The number of letters and size will depend on the available space.
  • Engraving Time: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for engraving before your order is shipped.
